Fulham continued their impressive start to the season with
a comfortable win over a lacklustre Blackburn side at Ewood Park.
Goals from Luis Boa Morte and Louis Saha helped Fulham leapfrog
their opponents to move up to seventh place in the Premiership.

England striker Michael Owen scored twice and Harry Kewell added another to hand Liverpool victory over ten-man Blackburn in a thrilling game at Ewood Park. Matt Jansen had put Blackburn ahead with a stunning finish after eight minutes, but Owen levelled three minutes later from the spot after El-Hadji Diouf had been fouled. Blackburn were reduced to 10 men after a tackle from Lucas Neill on Jamie Carragher that forced Carragher off injured. Todd is on his way to Burnley for a one month loan deal. The Clarets
are reported to have agreed with Rovers that the player can join
them at Turf Moore.
