Premiership start for Matt ...
but no goals as Rovers loose 0-2 to Arsenal MAtt
JAnsen joined Andy Cole up front and made his 100th Premiership
start fro Rovers. Blackburn played some great football, and held
out at Ewwod for 57 minutes, until a much disputed free kick gave
Henry his chance and Arsenal their fit goal. The second came half
an hour later when Pires sealed it for the Gunners. Rovers put up
a great fight for most of the 90 minutes, and the Manager was furious
at the way a foul by Craig Short led to the shot from Henry that
broke the deadlock.. Post match he had some tough words for the
Ref and believed the free kick decision was wrong and changed the
Game. (13th March 04)
